Ridley Scott Thinks He's Too Dangerous to Make "Star Wars" Movie

"Don't count on Sir Ridley Scott making 'Unkar Plutt: A Star Wars Story' or any other movie set in the galaxy far, far away either.

it's his vast experience that Sir Ridley says would actually make him a disastrous fit within Lucasfilm, since its executives tend to exert creative control over all of their movies (occasionally at the expense of directors).

'I'm too dangerous for ['Star Wars'],' Sir Ridley has told Vulture. "I know what I'm doing. I think they like to be in control, and I like to be in control myself.'"
